Dismissing an employee due to their conduct or capacity is a relatively simple process PROVIDED you follow the simple rules.
This workshop will take you step by step through the DJMIR documented fair performance improvement and dismissal process, so you know what to do to significantly lower the chances of a successful unfair dismissal claim.
During the last half of the workshop we will discuss issues that other services have faced, how they managed them and how they might have been managed better. We will also take the time to work through issues currently facing attending services and develop solutions.
